Mestalla hosts the pre-derby event with the coaches and captains of Valencia CF and Levante UD
Corberán and Gayà attended from the Valencia side; Calero and Morales from the ‘granota’ squad
Valencia CF and Levante UD will play this Friday, November 21 at 9:00 p.m. at Mestalla, in the 150th derby between both clubs.
“The response from our fans is truly wonderful — every week we feel their support, and the fact that this Friday night the Camp de Mestalla will be full gives us an extra boost of energy and satisfaction. It’s an honor to represent such a great fan base,” said Carlos Corberán.
On the occasion of this match, the coach of the Valencia side — Carlos Corberán — and the coach of the ‘granota’ squad — Julián Calero — as well as the captains of both teams — José Luis Gayà and José Luis Morales — held an event at Mestalla.
“We expect a difficult match. Levante UD have started LALIGA very well and away from home they are getting results and competing in important stadiums. Therefore, it will be a tough, hard-fought game that will be decided by small details. We hope it falls our way,” explained José Luis Gayà.
